Question
I have a Trend Table clock that belonged to my parents who have passed.  It is in wood with 4 posters on top.  It was made in Zeeland, MI. and has a model #702 on back.  Any info you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Sligh Furniture co bought Trend and made the cases with German inported movements probably from the Hermle Co.

In 1968 dad became president and Sligh acquired the Trend Clock company. In the 1980s the Trend name was dropped in favor of simply Sligh."


so your clock is at least 28 years old and the back brass plate of the movement will have the date it was made in Germany.
