Question
QUESTION: I have no instructions for how to wind and set this clock. Can you help me?

ANSWER: wind both sides with the key till they stop.move the minute hand clockwise to set the correct time.

QUESTION: Thanks so much Ken for your response ... I wound the clock as you
suggested and set the time. However, it didn't see as if it was running. Then,
I moved the pendulum and it worked for a little bit of time. when I pulled the
pendulum off, the clock seemed to be moving too fast. So obviously there is
something wrong with the pendulum. There is a screw adjuster at the
bottom, but I'm figuring it is all trial and error to make the clock work
correctly. Or am I way off base? Thanks again for the help.

Answer
the pendulum is needed to have the clock keep proper time and the nut at the bottom allows adjustment - up to speed up- down to slow it down. (trial and error)

give pendulum a swing and it should stat ticking- if it does not sound even then move the bottom of the clock to tilt the clock a bit left or right till is sounds best. if it still stops, advise
