Question
I have a watch with no case. The face has O.L.R.&T co. on it and the inside says O.L. Rosenkrans and Thatcher Co.,but I can't find anything about it.Could you recommend a site with info.I'm stuck...thank you,Carol Hendrick

Answer
Ms. Carol,

This is called a private label watch.  A jeweler has the manufacturer put the jeweler's name on the watch.  That is the
case with Kenneth Cole, Eddie Bauer, etc.  It has been a common practice for ages.

Do a search on the internet for O.L.R.&T co. and O.L. Rosenkrans and Thatcher Co.  You are looking for a jewelry store most likely.

Kind regards,

Melvin
