Question
I have a Leon Piradet 21 jewel watch, it doesn`t wind any more, is it worth fixing. Received it from my Grandmother, not sure how long she had it. Thank you

Answer
Tandy,

The question of "worth fixing" falls squarely in the hands of the owner.

I will regularly repair watches that monetarily doesn't make sense but when you add in the sentimental value,  it becomes a bargain.

After all, how do you put a price on a family heirloom handed down from your grandmother.

The cost will depend on what needs to be done.
It might be somewhere between $80 and $150.  You will need to decide
if that is ok.

Kind regards,

Melvin
