Question
Hi Martin: I know how to make the time work on the clock but i have no idea how to make the alarm go off on the time that i want it to.

Answer
Hi Zena,

The alarm must first be wound, just as the time mechanism must be wound. The winding shafts are the ones with butterfly keys. To set the alarm once it is wound, turn the alarm setting post COUNTER-CLOCKWISE until the small alarm hand points to the time where you want the alarm to go off. Then pull out the alarm on-off post to turn the alarm on.

Note that these clocks do not have a.m. and p.m.; when the alarm is on, it will go off every 12 hours at the alarm time. Also, with these clocks it is not possible to set the alarm with the precision that you may be used to from modern quartz clocks; the alarm will go off approximately at the time you set.  http://www.clockmasteronline.com
