Question
I have a clock like this. The chimes don't work. Where can I get information on my clock, or maybe, a diagram and instructions to fix it?

Answer
a cable driven clock- the cables can be crossed up on the barrels
the weights can be in the wrong place- heaviest on the right, next heaviest in the middle. Switch on the dial may be in the off position. No diagrams or instructions, really, books on clock repair in general are available but that is a long road to travel.

You need a pro if the simple things above do not help.
