Question
I received this clock, it is not working and I do not have a key. I have searched the internet for information about this model and can find no information. I do not know how old it is, if I can get a replacement key, or anything! It is a beautiful clock which I would love to have working! Can you help me? Thank you so much.

the key is a standard 4mm crank key for the winding and available at any clock shop or : http://www.timesavers.com/catalogmain2.asp?ProductID=29311&submit1=Search
the back brass plate of the mechanism itself may have more ID date info if HM can't help
