Question
I came across what appears to be a Hermle & FHS clock; here is the information from the lower right corner:  FHS 1151-350H 85 CM/70.77 .  The problem is that the clock does not have a pendelum, wieghts, and 2 od three chains.  Where can I go to get these parts?

Answer
probably another two digit number or lone letter code that would be the year of manufacture. 1151-050H is the Hermle # for the mechanism --(not 1151-350)

the 05 is the 3 chime 12 hammer version as opposed to the Westminster only.

the last "0" is the 33.2mm length handshaft

the pendulum length is 85mm from suspension spring post(top rear of the mechanism) to the rating nut below the round pendulum disk  and it beats 70.77 times in one minute.

the time and strike weights (left and center) are 4.7 lbs each and the right chime weight is 7.3 lbs.

chains are 57" long and 1.7mm thick

pendulum:   http://www.merritts.com/store4/public/product.aspx?ProductID=85283&SearchText=p1...

or wooden stick versions depending upon disk diameter:

and the rest of the parts:

or hunt around ebay or your local clock shop (especially for the chains from a dead movement)
