Question
QUESTION: My problem is the exact same as on the page:

Pulling down and moving the pendulum doesn't help.  I seem to hear a rasping sound, as if the pendulum holder is rubbing on something.  Great clock, Xmas present 2007 for my wife -- we depend on it.  If it's to be returned, what is the address, please?

ANSWER: You say, "My problem is the exact same as on the page.  "What page?"  I would like to help you but need some sort of clue as to what the problem is.
I have no address for kassel clock.  Regards WJP

QUESTION: Sorry, the page is AllExperts.com.  I cannot send an exact link on this message, but copy the following and paste it to your URL.  This will tell you the clock has worked perfectly but suddenly stopped.  Fully wound.  Pendulum is steady, even tick-tick for about 60 seconds, then dead stop.  It is
level.

Answer
Apparently the response you refer to originated from another expert, I, personally did not ever give the response you refer to.  I suggest you go back to the response that prompted your question and address it to THAT respondent.  I do not feel it would be proper for me to interject myself into somebodyelses documentary trail.  Sorry WJP
