Question
have you ever saw a pocket watch that has a band to wear as a wrist watch and is also a pocket watch???This is very odd watch. needs fixed.

Yes, this is what happened when watches were in the process of changing over from pocket watches to wrist watches.  Initially, companies took the pocketwatch and made it into a wrist watch.

It is not a problem to get it fixed unless there are missing/broken parts.  That is when it gets expensive.
