I have a Hampden pocket watch from aprox.mfg in 1921. I wonder if parts can be had, the winding mechanism is not working properly?

Parts for most watches are available, what is not available most any competent watch mechanic can make.  It really boils down to cost effectiveness and what value you place upon the instrument.  My suggestion look for a good watch repair person and talk it over with him or her.  Regards WJP
