I would greatly appreciate any information that you can provide about this clock including your opinion of its quality.

Answer
modern floor clocks all have the same quality German mechanisms so the quality differences are based on the quality of the furniture wood work and that is not my area of expertise. Barwick was a low priced line of Howard Miller and they did not make pricey high quality clock cases in that product line.
