Clocks, Watches/Broken balance wheel

Question
The pin end of the balance wheel of my Russian nuclear submarine clock (platform escapement) is broken and needs replacement.  Does anyone make them (a copy) or sell them? Where would I look?

Answer
Hi David,

Timesavers.com shows a platform escapement for this clock in their current catalog. The part number is 29021. I don't know if you were intending to replace the entire platform, the balance wheel and staff ("balance complete"), or just the broken balance staff. However, the entire platform escapement is the only part available and, at any rate, restaffing the balance wheel would be very difficult and require special tools, such as a staking set and poising tool.  http://www.clockmasteronline.com
