Question
I have a Maurice Lacroix Model #: MP6318SS00132E watch and it does not run.....Is it possible that I may have wound it up too much?  It is in great shape, and I don't just want to throw it in a drawer and  buy a new watch.  any suggestions?  Afraid to send by mail to get repaired, in fear of mail losing packages.  Cordially, resident of USA Zipcode 34241

Answer
Joe,

It is impossible to over wind an automatic watch.

Can you take it to an authorized dealer in your area?

I checked your zip code.  You should be able to find a watchmaker somewhere down there that can help you.

He will evaluate the watch and be able to tell you what the problem is and the cost of repair.

If you decide to sell it in as in condition, let me know.  I could use the parts.

Kind regards,

Melvin
