Question
I bought a pocket watch in Russia for my son and it immediately stopped
working.  Do you know where in the US I can send it for repair?  Thanks.

Answer
Karyn,

If this is a mechanical watch, most likely any watchmaker will be able to fix it. If it is a quartz watch (it uses a battery), that might be more of a problem.

For starters, take it to a local watchmaker to see if he can fix it. If he says he cannot fix it, write back to me and tell me why.

If you do not have a watchmaker local, you can send it to me and I will give you a quote and fix it if you like.

Kind regards,

Melvin
