Clocks, Watches/late hour gong

I have an 31day wall clock that seems to gong ok on the quarter hour except app.3/4 hour the gong will do the coming time...ive done all i read to adjust the time except the right thing...any help ill feel most greatful..thnks

never met a 31 day that did the quarters. You perhaps mean the 1/2 hour and the hour. The minute hand is pointing 90 degrees off. Hopefully by removing the nut holding the minute hand on you can use the square hole in the hand to put it back on pointing where it should.
