Question
The door lock for our Sligh clock won't lock. Did Sligh have a standard locking mechanism and where could I purchase a replacement?

hardware store- locksmith, etc. Standard mechanism but right size and shape needed - bring the old to compare.

You saying the key will not turn the lock with the door open?- key could be worn or the lock defective.

you saying the key turns & the lock latch pops out when the door is open but when you shut the door and turn the key the door will not lock?-- the door has a wood problem - warped or not lined up with the slot in the jamb.
