Question
When I trid to reset the weights, the left one will no longer move and the clock won't run; could it be a broken tooth on a gear?  Can it be replaced?  Can I do this myself?  The back of the clock reads:  CCM 9091 PED made by:  CORNWELL 771174          306684

Answer
so it worked perfectly till you pulled up the weights like you do every week? not a broken tooth. it has three weights? the info stamped on the back of the rear brass plate of the mechanism itself would have the makers's info that I would need to be of help further.
