I am hoping that you can provide some information on this mantel clock. age, value,

Mahogany case, glass face which opens

On back door; Lynton-2W / Model #E531-000 / Seth Thomas Clocks / Thomaston Conn USA

On Brass plate: Made in Germany for Seth Thomas Clocks / Thomaston Conn    A205-000 / 5913

directions indicate it is an 8 day keywound clock with A-200 series Strike movements.

Any information would be appreiciated.  Many thanks for your time

I cannot make such judgements without seeing the clock.  I can tell you that the movement in your clock was made by Hermle and is their model 140-010.  The use of the name Seth Thomas has been licensed to many vendors, to detirmine who requires in hand examination.  Regards WJP
