Clocks, Watches/need watch battery

Question
Have a Gruen. On face "3ATM-100FT
                   WATER RESISTANT
                       QUARTZ"
on back "GRUEN
     SINCE 1874
      257-2015"
                Is this the size of the battery? I can seem to find any watch battery 257 or 2015. HELP !!!

Ms. Dottie,

You will need to open up the watch and see what size battery it currently has. If it doesn't have a watch battery in it you need to take the measurement of the watch battery cavity. If you don't have the ability to measure, it will be okay the use trial and error. Keep putting in different size batteries until you find one that will fit. It won't be a problem because all the batteries have the same voltage.
