Question
I just bought a piper clock and need to know where I can find a set-up book so I can find out how to set it all up so i can get it to work. all the parts are there.also would need to know how to set the weights

Answer
The instruction pamphlet you request is difficult to find and when found, unrealistically priced.  I would suggest you turn to your local library for help in finding the information you seek.  As far as the weights are concerned, they are pretty standard from clock to clock.  As you face the clock the heaviest hangs on your right, the next heavy center, and the lightest to your left.  Regards WJP
