QUESTION: The only thing on the brass movement backplate is as follows:
351-050 Hermle Germany

"N" (O)that either a O or a backwards C Jewels unadjusted
75 centimeter over 75.83

Answer
Something is wrong here, there should be a letter or a number immediately above the name Hermle.  This number/letter indicates the year of manufacturing.  The rest of the information tells us the clock was made in Germany by Hermle, is their model 351-050, requires a 75cm pendulum, and the pendulum should beat at a rate 75.83 beats per minute.  Based upon the information provided that is all I can tell you.  Regards WJP
