Clocks, Watches/grandfather clock out of sync?

Question
My grandfather is a Franklin Cherrywood, with decorative weights. It keeps stopping and it is brand new, maybe because it is not level? Also when the pendulum is moving it makes 3 clicks instead of two, making a Tick, Tick Tick, Tick, Tick Tick, sound. How do i fix this?

Answer
sounds like a two spring 31 day Chinese or Taiwan movement. Could well be not level- that may just be the sound it makes? I do not work on these very often and there is no standard way these are designed - no directions? try tipping the clock left or right to get the sound more even and prop it up to see if the balance is the issue.
