QuestionQUESTION: I submitted a question to you about my mothers mantle clock relating to the spring,You asked the problem with the winding spring, and it was determined the spring had broken and a repair man had tried to heat it up and stretch it.He did this because here where i live they can not or wont try to look for a new spring for her.THis clock is afranz hermis two jewel#340-020.If you could help me find one or all the springs for this clock i could surprize her by getting it fixed.Thank you for your time

QUESTION: The heated spring broke and the repair man said he could not get a new one.The clock winds easily and keeps winding.Im sorry but 2 of your questions i forgot, my email was deleted.I dont think the other 2 springs you spoke of are aproblem.I would like to find someone to sell me all three springs just in case.Thank you for your time
Answerthe center and left springs are the same( #40) --the right spring that is larger is for the chime.(#41)

If you are going to do the work yourself - be a lot easier to order the barrels WITH the springs installed.
