Question
I have a ANSONIA MANTEL clock, got from a auction.back plate stamped B22 to the side of it 4 I, think it may have the wrong pendulum on it.Can't keep it running,(only for a minute) would you know how long it should be and it's weight? I have a course in clock repair back in the early 90's,and have not repaired one for 10 years, getting back to it for enjoyment (retired now) also would like to know what good Co. out there to get parts and supplies from?  thank you john

Answer
Is your movement one of the large chiming ones?
I don't know the specifics of the pendulum but I would guess it would be about 3 ounces. I don't know the correct length but that can be determined once the clock is running.
Do you know how to put the clock in beat?
Will it tick with the pendulum off?
