How do you activate the chime mechanism.

Hello David,

I will need some more info about the clock.

Is it a weight or a wind clock?
Wall,floor or shelf?
Name brand if possible?

Even better if you could call me at 919-304-7651 we could discuss the problem as there might be
an easy fix after I bombard you with questions.

I am in my shop after 12 noon est Till about 8pm.
