Question
clock is a 150 westminster chime, model 4995, Barwick, says tempus fugit on front.  Received from a friend and the 3rd chain and weight are not attached and do not know where to put them to make the clock work

Answer
this is a grandfather or "floor clock" right?

there are indeed 3 weights and 3 chain wheels in the clock movement that the chains go over
and we need to know which one is off the wheel- left, center or right as you face the clock?

what is the access to the mechanism? through the rear only or are there side panels as well?
