Question
Hi,my is Mary and I have a 1987 Pearl Grandfather clock
been having a lot of trouble with my my clock....How do I set my moon daily?? It has never been set?? Also I'm still having trouble
with chimes??

Hello Mary,
The moon dial should be advancing one click every 24 hours. Shouldnt have to move it at all if it is functioning ok. Set it with the internet or usually a newspaper has the moon phase somewhere in it.
Not sure what your chimes are doing wrong but feel free to call me and we can discuss it.
Has your clock been serviced by a certified clocksmith within the last 8 years?
