Question
Will not play 1/4,1/2,3/4 But plays all of 40 notes. and does not strike out the hours. What can I do to make it play notes on the quarter's.

Hi Peggy, are you saying that it only chimes at the 12 position and plays through 40 notes, all at the top of the hour?
It sounds like you have more than one problem here.
First off, lets deal with the fact that it is not striking the 1/4s. You will need to get to the front of the clock movement for this. Let me know if you are willing to either remove the clock face or take the movement out of the case.
