Question
We have a Ingrahm battery operated wall clock. The pendulum and chime works, but the hands don't. We replaced the batteries with no luck! Can you tell us where to get the parts we need? I only know it's called an "Ingrahm Westminster Chime" The date on the back is "1995".

Answer
I'm not sure what they put in that clock. Can you send me a photo of the movement from behind?
Or I would need a really good description of the movement(what kind of battery is in it, any markings on it).
Here is a link to our page of pendulum and chiming movements. Please take a look at it to see if it looks like any of them.
