Question

closeup of star
Greetings,
I'm trying to get as much information on a pocket watch as I can. I only know it "might" be 100-150 years old. I know it is 14kt.
I cannot find anything that denotes the manufacturer.
I have a few good closeup photos, I will try to at tach one.
There is engraved an A R (accelerate / retard), in a crevass, there is an engraved star, below it I think an R F, #63552 engraved, I'm guessing the serial number...
i'm not really interested in selling.
(Of course, we all think that)

Answer
In my opinion your watch is of Swiss origin, manufactured during the early years of the 20th century. Perhaps with additional information, pictures etc., I could be more definitive.  If you wish to pursue further send the additional information to my e-mail address <flashpowder@hotmail.com>   Regards WJP
