Do you know what kind of solution should we use to clean the old antique cuckoo clock case without damaged the finish and wood?

Answer
Much depends upon the materials used to make and finish the case.  Some of the new finishes are much to solubles for ordinary cleaning.  Generally I use a weak mixture of Murphy's soap, working it in with a soft brush and wiping dry with a soft cloth.  Regards WJP
