AnswerThe movement you depict was made by Hermle, a German manufacturer of clocks and movements. It is their model 340-020. The missing part you identify as, "left cog" is an idler gear, with the gear missing, so also must be its split washer which holds it in place. Now lets get to the "right cog", the missing parts are the winding rachet gear, its hold down arm and the bolt needed to secure the parts in place. Quite frankly, unless you are looking forward to the challenge of restoration I would suggest you forget about it and simply buy a replacement movement. New movement are available at a cost far less than repairing. Were you in my area I would happily give you a parts movement, simply to get it out of the way. Shipping and handling would exceed value. As an alternative I suggest you seek about locally for a parts movement. Let me know the outcome on this please. Regards WJP
