Question
WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT WHEN THIS CLOCK WAS MADE.SAYS MADE IN KOREA,HAS PENDULUM AND CHIMES.

Answer
Most 31 day Korean clocks are time and strike, not chime. A chiming clock would have 3 mainsprings. I'm guessing yours only has two.
These clocks come into the market in the 1970s and are still being made today. The clock were not marked with anything that would allow you to know when it was made.
