Clocks, Watches/Cable replacement

Question
My Howard Miller grandfather clock works well, but the cables are fraying. Can I replace just the cables instead of the whole movement? If so, is there some info on how?
I believe the replacement movement is a Urgos 03083 9tube cable. Backplate info UW03038B but Urgos converts it to 03083 (old/new).
Thank You

Answer

HOWEVER, changing cables in this movement is beyond the skill of many clock repair people, so I cannot tell you that you can do it. Involves removing the movement from the case and a tricky disasembly of the winding stops and put back together right. This is a pro job all the way.
