I am sorry I can find no information on Heanvina.  I suggest you take pictures of your clock and circulate them among, Auctioneers, Clock sales houses etc.  Include as much information as you can.  Size, type of cabinet, etc.  As to my providing instructions for the care and cleaning of the clock, I too would need some more information.  Pictures and description would be helpful.  Regards WJP
