Question
I have inherited a grandfather clock, made in 1973,  Urgos model # UW32,  the new/updated model #32342.  It didn't work, so I rehung the chains.  While doing so the the pendulum hook came off.
How do you hang this hook? How does it mount on the action piece?

Answer
From the top of the pendulum assembly: Suspension spring: this spring is held into the top of the movement and is attached to a rod sticking out the back of the movement.
There is a leader that hooks onto the bottom of the suspension spring. This leader either goes through the crutch or there may be a pin on the crutch that goes into a slot on the leader.
The pendulum top hooks onto the bottom of the leader.
Here are some links to the individual parts on my web site so you can see what they look like.
