Question
How often should the clock be wound?

Thanks

Answer
I don't know the specifics of your clock and don't know what movement is inside it. If you could tell me any markings stamped on the movement I might be able to tell you more about it.
Most clocks are "8 day" so you wind them once a week. Some clocks are "30 hour" so you wind them once a day. Less common configurations are 30 day,  14 day and 400 day.
