QUESTION: Hi William, My Harris & Mallow pendulum wall clock, has three winding mechanisms, it has stopped working. I currently live near Warren, Ohio. Are there any reputable clock repair shops you could recommend?  Thank you

ANSWER: No I cannot recommend a repair person in you area.  I do make the following suggestion, goto local on your search engine.  This will yield a screen asking you to enter the place you want service, (Warren, Ohio)  and the type of service needed (clock repair).  Click on these responses and you will be rewarded a list of provider working in you area.  Regards WJP

QUESTION: William, I have gone to a couple clock repair establishments. They told me I should send the clock back to the mfg., which we know doesn't exist at  present time. Is there any way or any where I could buy a replacement internal mechanism for this clock giving it a complete internal overhaul, so to speak?

Answer
If you can send me some digital pictures of the clocks movement (front, left side, right side, top, back and bottom) in your pictures include a measuring device so I can determine dimensions.
If you can't comply with this request, copy down and send me everything that is stamped or engraved upon the movements brass backplate.  Send what ever information you can gather to my e-mail address <flashpowder@hotmail.com>  Regards WJP
