Question
My clock chines 11 times at 10 oclock for example. All chines are the hour plus one. How do I get it back in the proper sequence?

Answer
Hello William,

If it is always 1 hour off you can safely move the hour hand to the hour it just struck.
That hand is frictioned on the hour tube and can be moved by pinching the hand about mid way .  There will be some resistance but wont do damage.  Do be careful not to bend the hour hand.  This is a fix only if it is always 1 hour off strike...
After moving the hands reset the clock or wait till  the correct hour comes around and then restart the clock.

Hope this is of help.
