Question
I pulled the chain and weight to tight and it will not release. Is there somethig I can to repair it.

Answer
Try hanging some extra weight on, untill the weight is free, then remove.  I suggest you use fishing weights, if you don't have any use a sock filled with sand, etc.  Allways allow about 2" of free chain or cable between the seat board and the weight.  Regards WJP
