Answer
I was unable to find a local clock repair store for your city.  I suggest you make an internet search.  Goto <local.com> which will take you to a directory index, enter clock repair in the what box and your city in the location box.  Click on search, this should provide you with the names of clock repair persons near you.  Regards WJP
