Clocks, Watches/Minute Repeater Watch Repair?

Question
I inherited an old minute repeater pocket watch. It works great EXCEPT the hour "dong" is 2 "dongs" short.  At 5:00 it only "dongs" 3 times.  The quarter hour and minute "ding-dongs" and "dings" are correct.  Is there an adjustment I can make to get it correct?

Answer
I repair clocks - not watches --on clocks you simply move the hour hand to agree with the dings - but on clocks of course you can easily grab a hold of the hour hand. I assume it is the same with a pocket watch, but you would have to be able to access the hands directly under the glass dial cover.
