Question
We have an Emperor Grandfather clock and need a suspension spring # 34.  Our clock is a 1974 Model 100, I think.  How can I order this part.

Hi Karla. The company that made your clock movement is out of business but the part you need is generic. I always use the Hermle SS-0060 suspension spring. You can buy this from norkro.com. Here is the link to the item:
