Question

front cover of pocket
I am researching a watchmaker named "J. Haller", of Ann Arbor, Michigan. He made railroad pocket watches. But I am having no success in my research. Can you give me any info? My watcg is engraved on the inside by this watchmaker, and the case is stamped with a tiny anchor and the number 2038693.

Answer
probably he did not make watches only repaired them? Does it not have any markings on the dial itself?? markings on the back of the mechanism itself??

send your question here about Haller to the folks in Ann Arbor!:
