AnswerWithout having the clock in my own hands for inspection I cannot be very specific. From evidence of the picture I can see that it is an Ansonia "King", it is of black walnut, has a 6 inch dial, is 24 inches tall, has an eight day movement, has half hour and hour strike plus an alarm. When new the clock cost $6.80. As for todays value everything depends on condition, which I can only judge by having the clock in hand. This model of clock was manufactured 1901 through 1930, at which time the factory was sold, lock stock and barrel to the USSR, where it became the nucleus of the Russian clock making industry. Yours is a fine clock and I hope you enjoy it for many years. Should you not be able to figure out how the alarm function, I would be happy to describe how to set etc. Regards WJP
MY APOLOGIES, after sending the above I realized I had failed to address your comment about the date on the clock. It is indeed a patent and/or copyright date which would have been established, probably years, before construction of the clock. Again my regards WJP
