Clocks, Watches/Ridgeway clock runs too fast

Question
I have a Ridgeway grandfather clock and the sticker by the works says it is a model 212.  The clock runs too fast.  It gains 2 to 3 minutes every day.  I have adjusted the length of the pendelum to the point where it cannot go any further.  Can you help me?

Answer
The only speed adjustment on the clock is the pendulum length. Something is odd here. This will take a little detective work. I would like a little more information; Did the clock used to keep time and suddenly start running fast?
Can you send me a photo of the pendulum and one of the leader(piece the pendulum hooks onto?
I'll try to figure this one out by using any info. you can provide.
