Question
I have a ridgeway grandfather clock
Model 9112
Serial # 94001243
I need a chain for the middle wieght and a new pendulum can you help me,as to where I may look for these.
Thanks
Mitchell

Answer
Your model number is not listed on the Ridgeway website so I don't know what the pendulum should look like. I can help you find the chain by identifying the maker of the clock movement.
I can use the same information to specify a "generic" pendulum. This would be a pendulum that matches the movement for length and style. It would allow the clock to keep time but might not be the exact same style pendulum that came with your clock.
If you would like me to research this information for you I need the markings stamped on the back of the clock movement. You will need to locate them through the back of the clock (if possible) or through the side panels. If you can't get in the back you might need a mirror to read them through the panels on the side.
