The clock will not chime. I hear it click but no chime. On the clock movements it has Seth Thomas A401-963 stamped on it.
Answer apply some counter clockwise rotational force with your finger to the large gear on the top left outside of your mechanism as shown in the photo- as you turn the minute hand through the quarters on the front. make sure you fully wound all three winders.
