Question
I have the above wall clock and it chimes at 15 minutes past the hour instead of the hour. How do I fix this?

If the minute hand is a press on type with a round mounting hole you would simply remove the minute hand and place it back on the movement at the correct position that the clock is chiming.
Some quartz movements have several buttons on the back of the movement. If this is the case, it is a complicated process and you would need the instruction manual.
If there are no buttons on the back and the minute hand is held on with a nut there is another way of setting the chime but I would like to know what movement is in the clock. Could you send me a photo of the back of the clock movement or give me any markings molded, stamped or tagged on the back of the clock movement?
